Our Values
Our values are very important to us at Finborough School and they underpin everything we do. The children’s behaviour is shaped by them from a very early age and our teachers and staff are recruited and retained using them. Our values form the basis of our code of conduct, very simply, they are the standards we expect from everyone who is involved with life at Finborough School.
Our values for both children and staff are:
Honesty – “Being fair, open and honest when dealing with themselves and individuals in and outside the school.”
Respect – “Respecting others to create an environment where colleagues and pupils can realise their full potential.”
