Discipline in school: our expectations
The school expects a co-operative attitude to work, and an orderly behaviour from all pupils.
The school rules provide a clear and reasonable framework for these expectations.
The aims of the School in relation to discipline are;
To create a secure and purposeful environment in which pupils can thrive
To develop independence both in learning and in personal decision making
To encourage pupils to take responsibility
The disciplinary system consists of rewards and sanctions.
