Religious Education
Religious Education at Finborough School follows the National Curriculum Guidelines. From Prep 5 to S3 they cover many topics in the 6 main religions – Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Judaism, Sikhism and Hinduism. The lessons are aimed at getting the children to have a better understanding of the multi-cultural society we live in and how to accept other people’s differences. We spend a great deal of time discussing the various topics, allowing pupils to express their own opinions and in no way forcing them into one specific way of thinking.
