Our Pupils Achieve Excellent Examination Results

Finborough School pupils celebrated an excellent set of A level and GCSE results, achieving on average nearly a grade above nationally benchmarked expectation across every subject. This exceptional outcome, equates to eighty four per cent of our pupils securing at least five good grades at GCSE.

Headteacher Mr Steven Clark captured the incredibly buoyant reaction of teachers and parents.

‘We are incredibly proud of a group of wonderful young people, who have just worked so hard. Challenged at the vanguard of considerable curriculum change, they have secured a richly deserved stellar set of grades which blast open the door to the next stage of their education.’

All sixth form students gained entry into their first choice university, and are sure to continue to excell as they progress further.

Many of Finborough’s year eleven move up to the schools sixth form to commence thier A levels ahead of university entrance in two years time.
