year 7 history make a medieval pottage with mr clark

Our very own Headmaster and the year 7 students made a Medieval Pottage and bread from a recipe that dates back over 700 years. The reaction from students was fluxed, all enjoyed the historical significance and the recipe and what is highlighted about peasant life. The dish was however not to everyone’s taste!
