Prep 2 visit Wagamama
As part of our topic on healthy eating, Prep 2 were treated to an amazing morning at the Wagamama restaurant in Bury St Edmunds.
Students were invited to weigh out their own food for lunch, try fresh fruit from the juice machine and watch as the friendly chefs cooked and dished up delicious bowls of vegetables and noodles for all the children.
Everyone tried their hand at using chopsticks, even the teachers used chopsticks as they too were treated to a meal.
Everyone in the restaurant was extremely friendly and Prep 2 enjoyed their tasty bowls of healthy noodles. At the end of our visit every child was presented with a Wagamama goody bag which contained a Wagamama apron, a chefs hat, crayons and a colouring sheet.
A truly fantastic time was had by all. A very big thank you to Wagamama for taking such great care of us and a special thank you to the marvellous Mrs Crabb for accompanying us on our trip.
