Vex IQ Christmas Challenge

Over the festive period students from our robotics teams; FinFemBot and Finbot, took part in the Essex Christmas Clash 2019 Vex IQ Challenge.

The tournament, held at St Helena School in Colchester saw up to 30 teams go head to head competing for awards and a place at the UK 2020 National Championships. There were two national final places to play for and we are very proud of both our teams who put in such an outstanding effort.

The day was non-stop, with a record breaking 135 games played in total and we couldn’t be more pleased that Finborough finished an amazing 2nd place! Well done to everyone who participated, it was a brilliant day.
