Snowdon Trip
This Summer our intrepid band of Sixth Form students conquered the summit of Mount Snowdon in North Wales. After a 4am departure from Finborough the ascent began at 10am, taking the beautiful Miners trail. Everyone completed the arduous climb with great fortitude and limitless positivity, shining the light of leadership brightly. The climb down to Rhydd Ddu was expertly executed finishing at our overnight base camp. A much needed feast at the Cwellyn Arms, started a wonderful evening that culminated in everyone cooling down in the chillingly refreshing waters of Llyn Cwellyn as they witnessed an amazing sunset, concluding a great day with a truly special moment in time. The wonderful adventure concluded with all the Students full of stories to tell and definitely in need of a good nights sleep.
