Prep 2 Head to Sandringham

What a truly fabulous day Prep 2 have enjoyed on the Sandringham Estate this week.

Everywhere Prep 2 visited, they were complimented on their behaviour and smart appearance . They arrived all relaxed and ready to explore; Hannah their educational guide took them through the beautiful gardens via the Queen’s lake and all the way to the Sandringham museum.
They enjoyed a story about the Queen’s handbag and got to explore some royal gifts from all over the world. The children even got a sneaky look at the Sandringham Fire Engine and tried on an incredibly heavy Sandringham Fire Service Helmet!

After a delicious picnic on the Queen’s lawn it was time to explore the house. They saw where her majesty and her family enjoy their Christmas lunch and viewed a secret door that led to the King’s office! 
They even got to visit the ball room where the royal family have their cinema nights.

To end the day Prep 2 simply could not leave without a trip to the ice cream cart and of course a play on the brand new adventure play area.

Wow!! What a special day. Well done Prep 2 you were all amazing.
