Prep and Senior Sports Day 2022

Saturday saw the first ever Finborough Sports Day take place at the amazing West Suffolk Athletics track in Bury St Edmunds.

From age seven to eighteen competitors spanned from our Prep and Senior schools, and challenged themselves across a broad range of track and field events.
Parents returning to the event after a two year hiatus witnessed a cornucopia of competition with every child and young adult totally committed to being their very best.

Also on the track Mr Sinclair and Mr Clark each in a peddle cart took on Dylan, both were unable to match his breathtaking speed on wheels!

The house competition was exceptionally close this year with Raedwald securing 376 points and narrowly securing overall victory and being crowned the overall winners. Athelstan followed on with 366 points, Boudicca 351 points and Edmund 349.
The house results reflect a wonderful event highlighting the incredible depth of athletic talent we enjoy at the school.
