Moana Jr.
At the beginning of May Finborough Prep School transported audiences to the fictional island of Motunui in the Pacific Ocean bringing the Disney musical ‘Moana Jr’ to life.
A cast of nearly 100 children have practiced and rehearsed since October and all their hard work led by Director Beccy Vass and Musical Director Helen Lyons could be seen on stage as they sang and danced their hearts out to “Shiny’, ‘You’re Welcome’ and many more.
The set, the costumes and of course the cast were phenomenal with such skill and energy, Headteacher Steven Clark described it as ‘a joy from beginning to the end.’
All the children, teachers and parents involved had the most amazing week making memories that will last a lifetime. It was a fitting way to finish performances in the Sports Hall as everyone looks forward to the new state of the art Performing Arts Centre which opens next academic year.
