Enrichment opportunities
Enrichment in the Sixth Form is a very bespoke experience
A large part of a student’s ‘Best Preparation for Life’ after Finborough goes beyond their academic studies. Having a UCAS application or CV that springs off a page and stands head and shoulders above all other applicants is what we offer and deliver.
Our artisan approach has created opportunities within sport, such as golf tournaments to creating work experience within the landscaping, architecture and veterinary worlds.
Organising events and charity work to raise money to travel abroad is also possible at Finborough School. With a plethora of contacts at our fingertips the sky is the limit for Enrichment in the Sixth Form.

Take on the Duke of Edinburgh awards
At Finborough, the Duke of Edinburgh Awards offer students the chance to challenge themselves, develop new skills, and make lasting memories.
From adventurous expeditions to volunteering in the community, the programme encourages personal growth, resilience, and a sense of achievement. Whether embarking on the Bronze, Silver or Gold Award, our students are supported every step of the way as they explore, learn, and take on exciting challenges beyond the classroom.
Numerous extra-curricular opportunities…
help pupils develop a range of subject specific and interpersonal skills.
