We take recruitment very seriously at Finborough School. Being a small school, one person can make a huge difference to our culture and ways of working.

We know what kind of people we want and we work hard to recruit the best in the field.  Alongside our values of honesty, respect and results there are certain attributes we look for when recruiting:

  1. You are passionate about what you do.
  2. You have the ability to think differently and come up with new ideas.
  3. If you are a teacher, that you have experienced life outside of education and you have the ability to inspire and engage with young people.

Following our rigorous process and after we have made an appointment, we are committed to:

  1. Offering relevant training.
  2. Giving people the freedom to be themselves.
  3. Working hard and playing hard!  If you can’t have fun in our environment you never will!
