The Sky Café

The Sky Cafe is situated within the sports hall building and runs alongside the Sky Room. The café is open to the Finborough School community and visitors to the site. It is open from 8am-12pm, 1-2pm and 3:30– 5:30pm every week day. The café serves coffee, hot chocolate and tea, alongside smoothies, milkshakes and delicious cakes, sausage rolls and fruit pots prepared from our kitchen.

Our unique venture is run by Anna Pruce, the café manager and a team of Sixth Form baristas. It has been set up as a separate business and they are accountable for its success, which offers them an outstanding educational and employment opportunity. They learn to serve the perfect cup of coffee and some valuable customer service lessons along the way.
