A Night to Remember: Summer Prom 2025 Students Celebrate in Style

In the last week of term, Finborough School hosted its much-anticipated Summer Prom, bringing together students from Years 11 to 13 for an unforgettable evening of celebration, reflection, and joy. Organised with flair and dedication by the Year 13 Prom Committee, the event marked a stunning finale to the academic year.

The evening was filled with elegance and excitement as students arrived in style and dressed to impress.  From classic cars to riding in on a white horse, the students made some unforgettable entrances that perfectly captured the spirit and individuality of the evening.

A delicious meal, expertly prepared by our talented in-house catering team, set the tone for the night.  This was followed by heartfelt speeches from the Headmaster, celebrating the achievements and growth of our students over the past year.

“For our Year 13 students, this prom is not just a farewell, but a celebration of everything they’ve accomplished and the bright futures ahead,” said Mr. Steven Clark.  “And for our Year 11s, it’s the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the Sixth Form.  I couldn’t be prouder of the spirit and camaraderie shown by all.”

For many Year 11 students, the prom was a joyful milestone as they look ahead to joining our Sixth Form in September.  Meanwhile, we bid a fond and emotional farewell to our departing Year 13s, who now embark on the next chapter of their journeys beyond Finborough.
